Since early in the last decade with the tragedy of 9/11, the "Fear Factor" has increasingly impacted the success of talent acquisition processes, candidate and client decision-making and our creating successful recruiting desks.  Every aspect of what we do is impacted by fear--from recruiting candidates, to soliciting job orders to guiding, interview processes to decision making at the end of those processes,to how we work our desks every single day.

Mike Goldman reveals a very insightful understanding of the source of the Fear Factor, along with the tactics and strategies to inoculate your candidates and clients to limit the impact of fear--including within yourself.  These are grassroots specifics that you'll be able to bring back to your desk and use immediately.

When a major urban market like Houston encounters a downturn, dealing immediately and effectively with the Fear Factor is essential. You will not hear this topic and the tactics anywhere else.  This is your chance to learn something very new and revolutionize how you deal with your market.  Immediately.
